Happy Friday everyone! Glad to be linking up with Doodle Bugs Teaching for yet another edition of Five for Friday! This week, I saw some really awesome classroom organization tips that I am going to share with you!
I am always looking at ways to organize my classroom, and I love this binder clip idea! You can use binder clips instead of sticky labels on your shelves and paperwork. This way, you can easily switch them up year after year and help you stay on top of things!
Now onto bulletin boards. I love this idea on how to store your bulletin borders! I always have them in a stash in one of my closets and they are so hard to find and keep organized! Binder clips to the rescue again (and come command hooks!) Easy peasy!
And this is such a neat idea to quickly and easily change your students' work on your bulletin boards. You can easily paint the clothespins or even use washi tape. One year, I had my students decorate their own and that turned out quite interesting!
I am always looking for different ways to organize my classroom paperwork. I hate having a pile of paperwork on my desk, and so far, I have been using baskets but not super happy with the results. These two ideas, using file folders, sounds like something I might try next year!
And lastly - how can we not talk about the classroom library! I love the idea of using rain gutters as book holders (even enough to do it at home in a child's bedroom!) And I always lose a book (or two or ten) a year, so developing a library book check out system is probably not a bad idea!
So there you have it, my Five for Friday! I hope everyone has a great weekend!
